The SX-100 Vertical Fish Incubator is a high-performance incubation system designed for the safe and efficient hatching of trout and salmon eggs. Its compact vertical structure allows maximum egg capacity in minimum space, making it an ideal solution for modern hatcheries and RAS (Recirculating Aquaculture System) projects.
The SX-100 features a multi-tray vertical circulation design that enables water to flow smoothly from the upper trays to the lower ones in a controlled and uniform manner. This continuous circulation ensures equal oxygen distribution across all eggs, prevents dead zones, and eliminates air bubble formation, significantly reducing early-stage fry mortality.
Each tray is engineered with a special winged geometry that supports natural water movement and stable incubation conditions throughout the entire system. The incubator body is manufactured using stainless steel framing combined with impact-resistant PS antishock plastic, fiberglass, and chrome components, providing excellent durability, corrosion resistance, and long service life.
The 1×1 mm fiberglass mesh base securely holds the eggs during incubation while allowing newly hatched fry to fall safely below the mesh, preventing them from returning to the upper trays. This design improves survival rates and supports healthy larval development.
With a capacity of 100,000 to 120,000 trout eggs, low water consumption requirements (5–7 liters per minute), and easy-to-clean modular trays, the SX-100 delivers high efficiency with reduced operational costs. The system is fully compatible with disinfection procedures and designed for long-term professional use.
