The SX-80 Vertical Fish Incubator is a compact and efficient incubation system developed for the reliable hatching of trout and salmon eggs. Designed for hatcheries seeking high performance in a smaller footprint, SX-80 offers an excellent balance between capacity, efficiency, and operational simplicity. It is fully compatible with RAS (Recirculating Aquaculture System) installations.

The SX-80 utilizes a vertical multi-tray water circulation system that allows water to flow evenly from the upper trays down to the lower trays. This controlled circulation ensures uniform oxygen distribution, stable incubation conditions, and prevents stagnant zones. Thanks to its optimized tray geometry, the system prevents air bubble formation, significantly reducing egg and early fry losses.

The incubator structure is built with a stainless steel frame combined with impact-resistant PS antishock plastic, fiberglass, and chrome components, providing high durability, corrosion resistance, and long-term reliability in intensive hatchery environments.

Each tray is equipped with a 1×1 mm fiberglass mesh base, which securely holds the eggs during incubation while allowing newly hatched fry to pass through safely. This prevents fry from returning to upper trays and supports healthier and more controlled larval development.

With its efficient water usage (5–7 liters per minute), modular tray design, and easy disinfection capability, the SX-80 is an ideal solution for small to medium-scale hatcheries looking to achieve high hatch rates with reduced operational costs.
